Bio

Janette C. Lee is an associate attorney at Feldman Browne Olivares. She has significant experience in litigating individual and class action lawsuits in both state and federal courts. As an advocate for the rights of California workers, Attorney Lee focuses her practice on representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, civil rights, and wage-and-hour matters, as well as violations of medical, pregnancy, and family leave laws.

She has represented clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including administrative hearings, initial pleadings, discovery and summary judgment, and has also represented clients in appeals and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Lee obtained her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York.
