Ms. Olivares graduated from Loyola Law School in 1995. She served as an Editor on the Loyola Law School International Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University at Northridge in 1991.
In 1999, Ms. Olivares joined Lee Feldman to form the Feldman Law Firm, with the mission of providing superior and aggressive representation of employees in all types of labor and employment issues. Ms. Olivares has devoted her entire career to representing employees in cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and violations of the federal and state leave laws, including the FMLA and California's Family Rights Act. Ms. Olivares' practice area also includes class action cases where she concentrates on Labor Code violations, including wage and hour and misclassification cases, as well as systematic violations of the California's Family Rights Act.
Ms. Olivares represents employees throughout California and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts, including the Central and Northern Districts of California.
Ms. Olivares is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association Diversity Committee, and is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of California.
Ms. Olivares takes pride in making a positive difference in the lives those employees she represents. Since 1999, Ms. Olivares has worked on cases that have resulted in millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients.
